The situation
Capability is improving. Capital is concentrating. Coverage has split into energy, labor, safety, and abundance. None of those frames is a price. This note is a map of what is already priced: product velocity, search interest, mentions, and event contracts. The operational response is a fill against the name that already does the job.
1
What the letters claim
Longtermist memos treat future persons as the primary stakeholder. Lab blogs treat the same work as a safety case. Founder letters treat it as abundance. The common move is to speak for people who are not in the room — veterans, seniors, the unemployed — while the round is marked up. We do not add another letter. We publish the tape.
2
Compute, energy, labor
Cluster load is up versus 2025. Water and watts are now a press cycle. BLS drafts mention automation in professional services. OECD papers will find, or fail to find, net job loss. Those outcomes are event contracts. They are not a reason to hide who already ships the product.
3
Capital and admission
The same networks that clear frontier rounds also clear internships, batches, and bylines. That is not a secret and it is not a thesis. The thesis is narrower: a prompt is not a company if the category leader is already in market. Matching is the honest print. Incorporation against that match is the trade.

The trade
One-click size on the terminal does not snipe a new name. It fills the incumbent. Search, mentions, and velocity are the inputs. The output is a working site, HQ, and merchant account standing on someone else’s category. That is the white-hat on the black-hat instinct: the edge was never a new ticker. The edge was reading the board.
